The hotel was beautiful, with PREMIER location by an old funicular which does n't even run later in the evening. Location: the venue was so close to the port or surrounding towns and the mountain and gulf of Naples. Easily reached Pizza Village, located within a close distance from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there. Real good stay, we were there for 5 days.

During our romantic escape, we absolutely loved the breathtaking view from the hotel. It was truly mesmerizing and added a touch of romance to our stay. the thermal pools were another outstanding feature of this hotel. We enjoyed immersing ourselves in the different temperature pools and experiencing the therapeutic benefits of the thermal water. the staff at the reception, especially Lorenzo and Andrea, were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable and even helped us secure a great spot on the beach.

We found some areas of the hotel to be in need of maintenance. the facilities, particularly the bathrooms, were not as clean as we would have liked.

The rooms here are very nice and quite spacious, offering beautiful sea views, and the location is amazing with free on-site parking available.

The room itself was top-notch, with amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. I loved relaxing on the balcony, taking in the beautiful scenery. the comfort and quality of this hotel truly enhanced my stay.

The views from the hotel were breathtaking, and the 10 swimming pools were fantastic. We had so much fun splashing around and soaking up the sun. The location was great too, with a little grocery store nearby and easy access to the city. Plus, the free Wi-Fi was a nice bonus.

The only thing we would have liked to see more of at the hotel were activities specifically geared towards young party-going people. While the pools were great, it would have been even more fun if there were organized pool parties or events for us to enjoy.

I always return to this hotel because of its friendly staff and great service. They even helped me return a forgotten hairbrush. The hotel has Wi-Fi, free parking, and a 24-hour reception. It also offers a bar, restaurant, and various spa facilities. Perfect for my business trips.

The location of this hotel is perfect, as it is situated close to the beach, down at the sea and right on the shore. The hotel facilities, including the many pools, are clean and offer a pleasant variety of different water temperatures. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast is delicious. Transportation and parking are also convenient here.

The Wi-Fi was very poor and only reliable in certain areas. , it was a bit disappointing that the rooms with the best views didn't offer much privacy on their terraces.

Some of the pools were too crowded with children, and the quality of some facilities could be improved.
